Halloween

Marcus was a cowboy for halloween. He tolerated the costume amazingly well. It wasn't easy to trot around the neighborhood with a stubborn horse. Jack had a pumpkin costume but preferred to stay at the house and hand out candy while Marcus and Mom ventured out into the wild west.

Uncle Todd

We saw Uncle Todd jump his snow machine last week. It's the second time Marcus has watched him and he LOVES it (much to his mother's dismay).

Pumpkin Patch

We turned our backyard into a pumpkin patch. Pumpkins for the kids and pumpkin beer for the big kids. It was so much fun we might have to make it an annual event.

Moose on the Loose

The snowbird moose is back so winter must be just around the corner. We thought she might be bedding down for the night but it turns out our lawn is just a rest stop. I now have two piles to pick up:)

After a rigorous 1 mile hike to Thunderbird Falls, Marcus refuels on a PB & J.

Not exactly an exciting video (unless you're into arm waving) but a huge moment in the Tuomi household. While Mom and Dad weren't looking, Marcus started playing with Jack. Whew. Jack might get to stay after all:)

We found a great blueberry patch . . .

and then let the bears have dibs on it. (That would be the black spec in the middle of the picture. When we first saw them they were about 40 yards away.)
